How to Enable Bridge Mode or IP Passthrough
T-Mobile 5G Gateways do NOT offer bridge mode or IP passthrough due to Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT). To use an external router: connect your router's WAN port to LAN Port 1 on the T-Mobile gateway, and use Access Point (AP) mode on your router to avoid Double NAT.
Physical Factory Reset Procedure
With the unit powered on, insert a paperclip into the Reset hole on the rear. Hold for 30 seconds until the front LCD display reads 'Factory Resetting'.
