How to Enable Bridge Mode or IP Passthrough
Virgin Media offers an official 'Modem Mode': Go to http://192.168.0.1 > Modem Mode > Select 'Enable Modem Mode'. Click Apply. The Hub reboots, turns its base light magenta/magenta-purple, and its web interface moves to 192.168.100.1 with port 1 active.
Physical Factory Reset Procedure
Press and hold the pinhole Reset button on the rear for 60 seconds. Release and wait 5 minutes.
